Pricing and Terms

We currently offer a single level of standard service to homes and businesses alike as follows:

• Setup Fee – $99.00 – this covers installation of cabling and antenna equipment to connect to our network.  This fee includes delivery of internet service only and DOES NOT include a router or WiFi.   Please note that PRISM will maintain ownership of the antenna and will replace or upgrade the equipment at our discretion to provide you the best service possible.
• Router Setup Fee – $79.00 – In the event you need your own router or WiFi setup with our service, we can do so for an additional $79.00 at the time of service installation.   If you need a WiFi router, we will provide a basic one covered by this $79.00 fee.  The router will be your property and we will neither maintain, nor warrant the router.
• Monthly Fee – $65.00 for our standard service (up to 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload)
• Contract – NONE – this is a month-to-month service beginning on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of each month. First month billing will be pro-rated based on remaining days in the month.  Last month billing will not be pro-rated (you will pay for the full, current month)
• Payment will be accepted only by automatic billing to your credit card.  You will be responsible to maintain a valid credit card in our system.  In the event your monthly bill is unpaid, our system will automatically turn off your service until the bill is paid.
• Router and WiFi in your home or business are available at additional cost.
